Spicy Samp

Ingredients:

400g Pride Samp
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp whole grain Mustard
Salt
Pepper
50g butter

Method:

– Soak Pride samp as per packets instructions
– Boil Pride samp with the paprika, salt, pepper for about an hour
– When samp is very soft, take off the heat and drain excess water
– Add butter and whole grain mustard, place back on heat and stir vigorously for about a min
– Mould cakes and serve with lamb shanks and vegetables
