Eve’s See-Through Surprise


125g Pride Kidney Beans
125g Pride Sugar Beans
125g Pride Green Split Peas
60g Mini Carrots
20g Beef Stock
4 Spring Onions
1 Onion
1 Clove Garlic
Salt & Pepper


– Boil 1l of water and add your beef stock
– Soak your Pride beans in luke warm water for approximately 1 hour
– Add salt, black pepper, mixed herbs and chillies to your beef stock
– In a medium-sized pot melt the butter and add your spring onions, onion and garlic and brown
– Then add your vegetables and allow it to simmer for 10-15 min or until the vegetables are al dente
– Serve hot with a slice of bread or toast
